So, i haven’t seen a comic series advertised in a movie/commercial format in a. Wet long time….they already making a comic movie out of this?
I am excited for this series.
I’ve seen preview pages of this in the last few weeks DC releases. It’s a handful of panels about Bruce Wayne waking up in an asylum with Alfred by his side. Effectively explaining how he has been here most of his life. Completely incoherent. Thinking the surrounding doctors and nurses are his “Villians”.
The nurse with medication is his Joker, the psychiatrist his Riddler, and so on. His Bat suit is a strait jacket with a symbol scribbled onto it. They attempted to teach him combat skills to produce discipline in his mind, until he tried to drown the instructor telling him how “The magic water would heal his wounds”. It’s sound brilliant to me and from the little bit I have seen. I’m sold.
If I can be sure it’s not censored I would be really excited about this. But since DC likes to edit their “Mature” label I probably won’t be getting this.
