SDCC Buzz: Black Widow Movie Officially Announced, Release Date, and Villain Confirmed

The Black Widow movie got its official announcement, and it is confirmed that Task Master is the villain, in the Marvel Hall H presentation.

Just announced in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios’ BLACK WIDOW with Scarlett Johansson, David Harbour, Florence Pugh, O-T Fagbenle, and Rachel Weisz. Directed by Cate Shortland. In theaters May 1, 2020.

  1. Wasnt all this stuff already announced before? I literally heard about all of these shows/movies before. Ah well, hopefully Florence Pugh will be Yelena Bulova.

    1. Not sure the release dates were announced and these were confirmations. The only one that was officially announced before was Eternals. It was the only confirmed movie for the fourth wave.

  2. Literally sent my Avengers #196 to CGC this past weekend as I all the rumors and leaks had me sure it would be Taskmaster. I’m hoping it grades well now!
