  1. um I have anidea for a moon knight fan film. yes yes yes lol we will call it a fanf ilm o.k. and hickmans x men books will be a legendary run .just great and his key marvel books from the past should be bought now looking at fantastic four #571 love you all blind adam out

  2. dump your hickman books while the price is hot…
you know what is going to happen when 1) buyers/flippers/readers get swamped with 10 X-Men titles at once and 2) when it is revealed these aren’t main universe/aren’t really the X-Men and the next writers get a clean slate and all of this is seen as Age of Apocalypse style self-contained and cool but not a lasting impact.

    you are on the clock.

    1. Was skeptical at first, but I’m very impressed with the story and writing. At the opposite side of the spectrum from what you believe to be true, we could also see these books become the basis for a film plot. We just never know. These are pretty easily found/had so it’s not like there is some major investment going on right out of the gate for most of us. If someone wants to overpay on ebay so be it.

I tend to enjoy them for what they are..a good, fun read that has people talking. Any other “spec” is just that, and at the end of the day I’ll be happy to have them in my collection. I would assume most other X-men fans would feel the same way.

      1. Well said, Devildog. This Hickman story, so far, has been the XMen book ive been waiting for ever since I got back into reading/collecting.

  3. And can we change the default Ico where it isn’t celebrating an online terrorist group that celebrates a real-world terrorist?

      1. V’s mask, from the Alan Moore Iconic Comic Book ‘V for Vendetta’ is a very apt default icon for a comic book site, imo. Alan Moore and his fictional characters neither support online terrorists, nor real world terrorists.

    1. Yes, go setup an account with the email you use at gravatar.com

It’s the anonymous mask. Anyone who hasn’t setup their own icon is considered anonymous cause they’re likely not using an email they check regularly as legit email. That’s the story behind me using it.

  4. I have a sweet copy of X-Force #2 that’s definitely a 9.8. I had no idea that it’s hot right now. Maybe I should get it CGCed.
