New #1’s
Strayed #1 – The Nguyen cover is pretty decent. This book sounds cool: In the far future, a military-industrial complex reigns over all humanity and actively destroys distant alien worlds. The galaxy’s only hope can be found through an unlikely pair: an astral-projecting cat named Lou and his loving owner Kiara. Trading nine lives for the well-being of billions, their revolt is a battle for love, friendship, compassion, and the soul of humanity.
Pretty Violent #1 – Fun weird new Image book. Reminds me of I Hate Fairyland.
Absolute Carnage vs Deadpool #1 – Carnage plus Deadpool, two of Marvel’s hottest characters cross over in this Absolute Carnage crossover. Deadpool has something interesting going on since he has had four symbioses at one point.
Bad Reception #1 – New Aftershock book that, once again, looks really good. BAD RECEPTION is a searing horror story that doubles as a topical, satirical critique on society’s obsession with technology, social media and the cult of celebrity.
Ones to Watch
Batman #77 – Wait until you see the final page spoiler for this one. Could be worth the grab.
Canto #3 – Kind of a returning favorite. I have done well with selling the first two issues. Hope the third continues to do well as well.
Marvel Comics Presents #8 – Wolverine clarifies the “is he or isn’t he the daddy” thing. Making it pretty clear what the answer is. Plus Rein finds something pretty big this issue.

Vampirella #2 Artgerm Cover – Not gonna lie, I like Artgerm and this will become one of the iconic Vampi covers for years to come
Reprint of the Week
Batman #232 Facsimile Edition – I do love facsimile editions. This is a great one for first Ra’s al Ghul.
Immortal Hulk #21 2nd Ptg Andrea Sorrentino Cover – New cover on this one. Great looking cover at that.
Must Grab Second Issue
Dead End Kids #2 – DEK issue 1 did great. 2nd issue usually has a smaller print run…. We shall see.
Love She Offered #2 – same as above. First issue hit hard.
Small Press Gem
Headless #1 – awesome looking new Scout series. Two teenagers have been found dead, brutally murdered, but not by a man. When gruesome murders become a common occurrence in this sleepy town it is evident that the Headless Horseman has returned!
Small Press Pick of the Week
Psycho List #1 – Great looking new series from small press publisher Black Box. Will be hard to find.
Pick of the Week
Powers Of X #3 – Good issue this week. Remember that Moira MacTaggert multiple life story that hit big just a short time ago. It explains that a bit and we find out more of how we may have diverted from the normal Marvel Universe.
