Returning Favorites
Teether #3 – it has taken forever, but the third issue to this great horror book finally hots stands.
Event Leviathan #6 – The reveal of who Leviathan is comes out this issue.
New #1’s
Fallen Angels #1 – New X-Men relaunch book from Johnathan Hickman. Buzz about a are character has been floating around.
Dollhouse Family #1 – The next Joe Hill book. Great launch already with Basket Full of Heads. There is a cool Jay Anacleto cover as well.
Family Tree #1 – New Jeff Lemire series. Great read and interesting concept.
Morbius #1 – The Living Vampire gets a new series a head of any media appearance.
Punisher Soviet #1 – Garth Ennis returns to punisher. A cannot miss read.
Black Stars Above #1 – New Vault Comic Series that looks good.
RV9 #1 – New Mad Cave comics series, Former assassin Velveteen is on the run from the Order of the 9, the organization that took her from her family and forced her into a life where all she knows is secrecy, violence, and death. Now, after years of running, she is bringing the fight to them. With help from an American hacker, Jasper, and a rookie officer with an attitude, Inspector Pazzi, Velveteen will use everything she was taught by the Order of the 9 against them.
Mirka Andolfos UnSacred #1 – not for the kiddies. UnSacred is Mirka Andolfos’ follow up book to Unnatural. Two really great covers on this one, the Variant Eliza Chatzoudis Cover and the Mirka Andolfo Sexy Angelina Black & White Cover
Marvel Action Spider-Man #11 Incentive Jonboy Meyers Variant – Good luck finding one, but if you do, you could make bank. Not as great as issue #10, but still, could be a great flip.
Reprints of the Week
Daredevil #181 Facsimile Edition – Classic Frank Miller Daredevil book reprinted in its entirety, ads and all.
Tomb Of Dracula #10 Facsimile Edition – first appearance of Blade in facsimile format, reprinted as it originally was.
Small Press Pock of the Week
Folklords #1 – New Boom series. Boom has a first look deal signed for the books to be optioned. This one looks like a great book to be optioned. This has already gone back for a third print! Second print could be a beast to find.
Big Two Pick of the Week
Far Sector #1 – Young Animal’s Green Lantern book. Eyes are on this book. Selling for at least double cover already.

I think he was referring to the gold foil variant. My LCS has a bunch.
It is listing as a 1:10 variant, now. Great cover.
My LCS, a chain with 7 area stores, said they got no Unsacred gold foil variants. They did have some of the other covers. I wonder how the gold foils were actually allocated…? I expect my LCS would have ordered more than 10 copies for all their stores, since there were about 8 copies at the store I frequent.
I picked one up from the biggest LCS in town. They have 3 stores. I grabbed the only copy that I saw online, last night, from their online store. No one else, that I was able to talk with, seemed to get any, or even be aware of it, at 2 other shops. Ratio variants are literally an ‘incentive’ for the shop to order more copies, according to what I understand, so if no one knew about it, then the ‘incentive’ theory kinda falls flat. The Marked #1, one per store variant, also from Image Comics, was called a ‘thank you’ variant.
