One Week Later Report for November 20th, 2019

Welcome once again to the another installment of the One Week Later Report. This week we’ll cover the books released on 11/13/2019

Hopefully this report helps anyone reading while picking out new books at the local shops for things to keep a look out for.

Last week was skipped due to literally nothing popping on the secondary market but this week we got a little more to talk about.

Far Sector #1 saw some success on the secondary market. The real winners were the sets of all 3 covers selling and flirting around the $30 range.

Not terrible if you picked up at cover price each. It’s a definite book to keep a a close eye on though.

FOMO is kicking in on a few sales with Superman #17 where he slightly details his plans to tell the world his alter ego (since the world already knows his real identity).

Anyways, a few sold listings for both A and B covers have sold as high as $35 with others listing in the same value range. A bunch of sales still at or around cover, couple bucks over.

If you find’em, might not be a bad idea to pick up but check eBay first, I have a feeling this one will die off before it takes off. Might be a book to grab and bundle with #18 to sell to a few suckers. At time of writing, Midtown still had cover A available.

Marvel Action Spider-Man #11 1:10 Meyers Variant was another book from last week that if you bought cheap or at cover, you could turn into some serious profit margin cash.

Nothing serious goes on in these issues, it’s just the HTF factor with FOMO of a pretty cool art cover.

Regardless, these are selling anywhere from $45 to $60 range.

A little more action and excitement from the previous week for comics. Everything else you can either find at your local shop or still cheap online, retail and secondary.

  1. Found a couple of Superman #17’s this week. Surprisingly (or not?) several shops still had a few hanging around.

What happened to Wed. Open Forum this week?
