Image Comics is pleased to reveal jaw-dropping Rob Liefeld (Deadpool) and Skottie Young (Middlewest, I Hate Fairyland) covers for the highly anticipated Savage Dragon #250. This milestone issue of the long-running, creator-owned series by Image Comics partner and CFO Erik Larsen will make waves at comic shops in May 2020.

  1. Savage Dragon just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I did enjoy it for a few years back in the early 90’s. Recent years, not so much. Not a bad Liefeld cover though (yes, I said that).

  2. Not a Savage Dragon fan. Not really a popular character. And with the book price being so high, Im not ordering any.

    1. Like most image books I picked it up for the longest time. I have met Larson several times and have had commissions done by him. However, after a while, he spent to much focusing on pushing a political agenda and I just can’t stand politics in comics.

  3. would image still be making savage dragon, if larsen wasn’t a founder ?

      1. I’d say 80-90% that comes out of Image is garbage. Only a few go on to be hits, that goes for the mini and maxi series too.

  5. that Liefield cover looks like the hulk and put the savage dragons head on it copy paste??
