Covrprice Top 10 List for 3/6/20

Since Covrprice.com  came on the scene, they have become a go to spot for watching eBaytrends on comics. They scour thousands of eBay sales to cultivate data to spotlight the hottest selling comics. Here is this week’s Top Ten Comics: (Please note, potential spoilers do follow, and, these results are for auction that closed last week. )

1. YEAR OF THE VILLAIN HELL ARISEN #3 COVER A– The issue with the first full appearance of Punchline. Sold a massive 325 copies at an average raw price of $40.39

2. BATMAN #89 COVER A – The first cameo appearance of Punchline did very well too. It sold 209 copies at an average raw price of $38.82

3. X-MEN #4 – The only top five book that does not have Punchline in it. First appearance of Omega Red who is rumored to appear on Disney+. News moved 101 copies at an average raw price of $18.55

4. YEAR OF THE VILLAIN HELL ARISEN #3 FEDERICI VAR – See #1, this is the variant for first full appearance of Punchline. Sold 54 copies at an average raw price of $41.45

5. BATMAN #89 Francesco Mattina VAR – See #2, variant cover of the first cameo of Punchline. Sold 72 copies at an average raw price of $31.93

6. STAR WARS THE RISE OF KYLO REN #3 – Third chapter in what has been a very hot series. This one sold 46 copies at an average raw price of $7.39

7. TODD THE UGLIEST KID ON EARTH #1 – Rumor of a TC deal, the second time the book has been optioned. The news moved 17 copies at an average raw price of $15.57

8. STAR WARS THE RISE OF KYLO REN #3 LANDINI VAR – Variant cover for the hugely popular star wars series. The variant sold 27 copies at an average raw price of $36.00

9. SPIDER-WOMAN #1 – Sony is rumored to be making a Spider-Woman movie. This book keeps popping up from time to time. This week the book sold 32 copies at an average price of $79.23 in 9.6 graded condition.

10. ULTIMATE FALLOUT #4 – another one that keeps popping up is the first appearance of Miles Morales. This week the book sold 12 copies at an average raw price of $121.00

  1. The ultimate fallout average can’t be for graded 9.8s. That a $400 book or more.

  2. If someone wants to sell a graded 9.8 for that price let me know. Lol. I’ll take two.

    1. Where does it say what graded 9.8s are selling for? They are all claimed as raw sales, except for #9.

  3. It initially stated it was for graded 9.8’s and just have been corrected in the meantime.
