What was originally scheduled to be an Adi Granov variant for New Mutants #13 has been switched to a Peach Momoko Variant. These are open to order and you can see Peach’s Emma Frost below:

I don’t think that is Emma, but rather Saturnye(spelling?) from otherworld. The costume is similar to what she is normally seen wearing.

I assumed it was Emma Frost as last time I read the X-Men, and it has been well before John Hickman, she was white queen
Yeah, its got to be Saturyne……look her up and the outfit is spot on. Would fit with the Sword of Might being in X of Swords.
Looks like White Pre-Teen instead of White Queen. Is that the current iteration of the character? So the material/writing is getting more mature, but the characters are getting younger? Pffft
