As promised, the Covrprice.com runners-up list. Think of this as the second half of the top 20.

 

#11 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #36 (MARVEL, 2001) This tribute comic always sees a big boost in sales in September. While there were other tribute comics, this one has always remained as the favorite for comic collectors in remembering 9/11. It sold 19 copies, had a 7-day trend of 125% and had a high sale of $179.50 for a CGC 9.8.

#12 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #4 (MARVEL, 2014) The first full appearance of Silk is hitting big numbers for 9.8’s. Overall, between raw and graded copies, it sold 23 copies, had a 7-day trend of 103% and had a high sale of $344.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#13 SUPERMAN #25 IVAN REIS SYNMAR 1:25 DESIGN VARIANT (DC, 2020) These DC design variants continue to sell well. This Synmar 1:25 sold 31 copies, had a 7-day trend of 74% and had a high sale of $47 for a raw copy.

#14 SPIDER-GWEN #24 (MARVEL, 2017) This issue features the first appearance of Gwenom. This could be trending due to Gwenom’s return in the current GHOST-SPIDER 2019 series, or that Gwenom is a confirmed costume in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. Either way, this issue sold 10 copies, had a 7-day trend of 214% and had a high sale of $199.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#15 BATMAN THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE #2 (DC, 2020) The first appearance of SUNNY, Deathstroke’s new protege (in the animated Batman universe) sold 17 copies, had a 7-day trend of 112% and had a high sale of $78 for a CGC 9.8

#16 X-MEN #4 NEWSSTAND (MARVEL, 1992) This issue had a big sale this week. This first appearance of Omega Red sold 13 copies, had a 7-day trend of 145% and had a high sale of $385 for a CGC 9.8.

#17 NOVA #1 (MARVEL, 1976) Folks are getting on the Richard Rider train. It sold 13 copies, had a 7-day trend of 140% and had a huge sale of $1740 for a CGC 9.8 on Heritage.

#18 ULTIMATE FALLOUT #4 (MARVEL, 2011) Miles isn’t going anywhere. He sold 19 copies, had a 7-day trend of 107% and had a high sale of $1,194.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#19 THOR #5 (MARVEL, 2020) The first BLACK WINTER sold 20 copies, had a 7-day trend of 96% and had a high sale of $169.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#20 SPAWN #1 (IMAGE, 1992) Even Spawn is seeing new highs, like this week’s new high sale of $51 for NM raw copy. It also remains one of our site’s best selling comics. It sold 21 copies and had a 7-day trend of 106%.
