Nope, not Captain Universe, as that is just a part of the total power, but the Enigma Force. (people have been buying up Captain Universe’s first appearance in Micronauts #8, however, the first emissary of the Enigma Force appears in Micronauts #1 (there is a character profile of the Time Traveler, the emissary, in Micronauts #2) and the first full appearance of the Time Traveller is in Micronauts #11)

Found both the first print and second prints a couple months back. All in the back issue bins. ?
I had mentioned them on the forum a while ago. It was part of a theory that was partially proven right.
So, the 1st app of that Edward Brock guy could start moving up?
