I have had 0 problems. They key is ordering more than 5 books in a shipment to avoid the flimsy mailers.
They’ve gotten a whole lot better the last few months, but I can’t say that my initial experiences were great. Having said that, I have had better experience with TFAW than Midtown. Packaging is way better too, but like Anthony, I avoid ordering less than three books and I have my pre-orders shipped monthly, and of course pay the extra quarter for the bag/board, even though they should be free.
