#11 RICK AND MORTY THE VINDICATORS #1 ONI | 2018 According to the Hollywood Report, “‘Rick and Morty’ Spinoff (THE VINDICATORS) set at Adult Swim”. This issue is their first appearance in comics, creating an uptick in sales with 19 copies, had a 7-day trend of 215% and had a high sale of $67.50 for a CGC 9.8. There’s also a great ECCC Jen Batel cover for this issue.

#12 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #258 MARVEL | 1984 This is a significant key issue in regards to the Spider-Man/Venom relationship. This issue is where Peter discovers that his “costume” is alive and trying to bond with him. It sets the table for Venom’s introduction 41 issues later. It sold 37 copies, had a 7-day trend of 137% and had a high sale of $99.99 for a CGC 9.4.

#13 STRANGE TALES #170 (FEATURING BROTHER VOODOO) MARVEL | 1973 If you can’t afford the first appearance of Brother Voodoo, then his 2nd appearance in this issue is the next key to focus on. With expectations of him showing up in DOCTOR STRANGE 2, it sold 14 copies, had a 7-day trend of 284% and had a high sale of $224.50 for a high-grade raw copy.

#14 THE UNCANNY X-MEN #213 | MARVEL | 1981 As noted above, this issue features the first cameo appearance of Mr. Sinister (in silhouette) and also marks the first time Psylocke joins the team. The direct edition sold more with 43 copies, but the newsstand beat this edition’s 7-day trend of 111%. However, it did have a high sale of $375 for a CGC 9.8.

#15 WONDER GIRL #1 J. SCOTT CAMPBELL (1:25) DC 2021 A ratio J. Scott Campbell is a rare thing these days. His 1:25 for this issue sold 49 copies, had a 7-day trend of 95% and had a high sale of $70.43 for a raw copy.

#16 BATMAN FORTNITE ZERO POINT #3 JIM LEE |DC | 2021 Jim Lee’s variant sold fewer copies than the standard cover, with 54 copies sold, a 7-day trend of 79% and a high raw sale of $29.84 for a raw copy. However, it’s important to remember that buyers are still mostly buying these for the codes. The codes come with each subsequent print and are also available with DC’s online subscription service. The final trade will also have ALL codes.

#17 SIEGE STORMING ASGARD HEROES AND VILLAINS #1 MARVEL | 2010 This book started trending after landing on various LOKI Disney+ “books to look for” lists. However, the market was a little confused on this one. The cover to get is the Lady Loki version. Both covers are exactly the same… except that the main cover is a male Loki and the variant is Lady Loki. This standard Loki cover sold 19 copies, had a 7-day trend of 211% and had a high sale of $7 for a raw copy. The variant has a high sale of $21.50.

#18 THE NEW MUTANTS #98 (MARVEL, 1991) First appearance of Deadpool. But you know this. Collectors are picking these up steadily lately. It sold 18 copies, had a 7-day trend of 199% and had a high sale of $2,650 for a CGC 9.8.

#19 MOON KNIGHT #1 (MARVEL,1980) The mark is getting ready for Oscar Issac’s Moon Knight on Disney+. Fans continue to snatch up copies of his first solo series. It sold 29 copies, had a 7-day trend of 123% and had a high sale of $799.95 for a CGC 9.8.

#20 NOTTINGHAM #3 MAD CAVE | 2021 This new series has favorable reviews and is VERY tough to find out in the wild. Hence, collectors have had to turn to eBay and helped move 63 copies with a 7-day trend of 54% and had a high sale of $120 for a raw copy (though that seems to be a fluke as most sell for $15).
