It sold 17 copies, had a 7-day trend of 353% and had a high sale of $140 for a CGC 9.8.

#8 HARDCORE #1 2ND PRINT | MARVEL | 2012 Deadline announced that “Adam Wingard To Direct ‘Hardcore’ For Universal And Robert Kirkman”. This series first appeared during TOP COW’s 2010 Pilot Season. If you recall, Top Cow tested various comic concepts through their pilot season. If readers responded well to one, then it continued on to a full or limited series. However, Kirkman/Silvestri’s HARDCORE did not. Flash forward to 2018 when the title was refreshed under SKYBOUND in the new HARDCORE (2018) series. The similarities are VERY close. The biggest change is centered around how Assassins take over the bodies of random people by taking a “Hardcore Shot” to the spine. In the new series, they do it via VR headsets. Note: This film will be developing the more recent 2018 version. Despite this, the hard to find 2nd print of this first version from 2012 sold 12 copies, had a 7-day trend of 536% and had a high sale of $58 for a raw copy.

#7 INFAMOUS IRON MAN #1 | MARVEL | 2016 This issue features the 1st appearances of Victor von Doom as Iron Man and the Tony Stark A.I. (third version). This book is now trending due to strong speculation that Robert Downey Jr. will be the A.I. for Riri Williams. It sold 41 copies, had a 7-day trend of 159% and had a high sale of $250 for a CGC 9.8. As noted, keep in mind that this is the third version of Tony’s A.I. The first A.I. appeared in SUPERIOR IRON MAN #1, where the A.I. was destroyed in SUPERIOR IRON MAN #9. The 2nd A.I. appeared in IRON MAN: HYPERVELOCITY, where the A.I. was also presumed to be destroyed… despite leaving his fate unresolved. Both of these first A.I.s were essentially used while tony was incapacitated. The most current version (version 3) is the most “Tony Stark” like and the one that mentors Riri in Invincible Iron Man. However, due to these previous appearances, there will be plenty of debate in the future of 1st overall appearance (Superior) vs. most relevant appearance (Infamous).

#6 CAPTAIN AMERICA #16 | MARVEL | 2006 This issue marks the 1st appearance of Red Skull’s daughter, Synthea Schmidt, as SIN (previously appearing as Mother Superior). And Wytches is definitely still in development too.” This news brought new life to this book that had plummeted in value since it was first optioned back in 2014. This news helped this issue move 102 copies, have a 7-day trend of 315% and had a high sale of $249.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#2 SUPERMAN 10-CENT ADVENTURE #1 | DC | 2003 This issue is the first appearance of Supergirl (Cir-El), who will be appearing on CW’s THE FLASH, played by actress Sasha Calle. It sold 80 copies, had a 7-day trend of 487% and had a high sale of $24.95 for a raw copy.
