#11 AVENGERS #8 | MARVEL | 1964 Okay, so… clearly… the last episode of Loki consumed the TOP 10 and RUNNER-UP list. Despite knowing that Kang was going to show up in ANT-MAN 3, his surprise appearance on the last episode of Loki just lit a MASSIVE Kang fire. Like seriously, if it has Kang on the cover it’s hot. If it mentions something even relatively key regarding Kany inside… It’s hot. Kang, Kang, Kang, Kang. Buckle in, as you’ll be seeing him A LOT for a good couple weeks at least. His very first appearance is a tad pricey already, though this news pushed that into all new kinds of hotness. This week, it sold 18 copies, had a 7-day trend of 136% and had a high sale of $8,550 for a CGC 9.2.

#12 CHARIOT #1 MIKE DEODATO JR VARIANT | ARTISTS WRITERS & ARTISANS | 2021 This Chariot’s on fire! With it’s recent content announcement, this variant also was trending with 25 copies sold, a 7-day trend of 250% and had a high raw sale of $29.99.

#13 AVENGERS #129 | MARVEL | 1974 Simply an early iconic Kang cover, it took off with amongst SO many other Kang books this week. It sold 23 copies, had a 7-day trend of 148% and had a high sale of $629.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#14 AVENGERS FOREVER #1 VARIANT | MARVEL | 1998 Limited to 500 copies, this is a hard to find Kang variant by Carlos Pacheco. The story inside does have some merit as Kang teams up with the Avengers for this 12-issue miniseries to fight Immortus. It sold 15 copies, had a 7-day trend of 174% and had a high sale of $99.99 for a raw copy.

#15 FANTASTIC FOUR #272 | MARVEL | 1984 Disney+’s LOKI led to Nathanial Richards showing up (who’s future self later becomes Kang). This issue is Nathaniel Richard’s first cameo appearance… which sold 36 copies, had a 7-day trend of 87% and had a high sale of $500 for a CGC 9.8.

#16 WEB OF SPIDER-MAN #1 | MARVEL | 2021 Harley Keener, the boy from IRON MAN 3, has been officially introduced into the Marvel comic universe… hence the price spike. This week, it sure didn’t slow as it sold 27 copies, had a 7-day trend of 114% and had a high raw sale of $122.50 for a CGC 9.8.

#17 AVENGERS FOREVER #9 | MARVEL | 1999 This issue features another origin of Kang… yet it’s one of the more concrete stories around the character that helps make sense of things surrounding the complicated character. It sold 28 copies, had a 7-day trend of 169% and had a high sale of $50 for a raw copy.

#18 AVENGERS #268 | MARVEL | 1986 Continuing from issue #267, this is the Council of Kang’s 2nd appearance and also is a key issue for understanding the character. It sold 22 copies, had a 7-day trend of 138% and had a high sale of $21 for a raw copy.

#19 STAR WARS #1 | MARVEL | 1977 Taking a break from Kang is the former Top 10 thunder thief, Star Wars. This is Disney’s way to just let us know they’re still here with 22 copies sold this week with had a 7-day trend of 118% and had a high sale of $1,399 for a CGC 9.6.

#20 INFAMOUS IRON MAN #1 | MARVEL | 2016 This issue features the 1st appearances of Victor von Doom as Iron Man and the Tony Stark A.I (third version). This book is now trending due to strong speculation that Robert Downey Jr. will be the A.I. for Riri Williams. It sold 22 copies, had a 7-day trend of 107% and had a high sale of $49.95 for a raw copy.
