One Week Later Report for January 20th, 2022

This week we’ll be covering the books released on 01/12/2022, which was last weeks released titles.

These can be books that were simply overlooked or we anticipated getting hot, total surprise winners and perhaps books that got hyped, ending up as complete duds. Also could be a good list to use when out picking up this weeks books for you Wednesday Warriors..

Marvel rules last weeks titles that are worthy of mentions…  so here they are:

Daredevil Woman Without Fear #1 Bartel Variant is an awesome cover and the value on the secondary proves just that, as it was probably hard to find at most shops pushing the demand and value anywhere between the $150 to $200 range.

If you were able to score this at the usual variant price or lower, you won if you plan on flipping. If you’re a Bartel fan and missed out, you might have to wait to see if it starts to drop in value but I think this one might hold steady for a bit longer.

Death of Doctor Strange Bloodstone #1 turned out to be a winner for all the covers, particularly the 1:10 Design Variant.

Both A and B are averaging around the $15 range each while the 1:10 is an easy $50 to $75 from a quick search of sold listings.

Regular Nakayama Cover:

Wolf Variant B (My favorite of the 3 covers):

1:10 Guara Variant:

Devils Reign Superior Four #1 isn’t a book that’s on fire but seems like a few sold listings are making this one flirt on the upwards trend, with a few close to the $10 range. Might be a book to keep a close watch on, as supplies run dry, demand could kick this one up the value notch over time.

I have yet to read this myself but planned to as I’ve liked the past “Superior” titles that Marvel has put out.

Star Wars #20 is seeing sales anywhere from $6 to $15. It’s the first appearance of Elzar Mann if I’m recalling correctly from memory as I type this out. So if you see these out in the wild, easy flip or hold for the longer term potential.

The 1:25 Laming Variant is seeing sales hovering around the $50 range itself.
