New Golden Age #1 – As many as 13 new Golden Age heroes introduced.
Skullkickers 10th Anniversary Super Special #1 – Jim Zub and the rest of there creative team return to the world of SKullkickers for an all new story.
Notable Reprints
Detective Comics #38 Facsimile Edition – New replica edition of the first appearance of Robin. The reprinted this one in 2020 previously.
Superman #75 Special Edition – Not a replica but reprints the Death of Superman issue with interviews and more.
One to Watch
Superman Son Of Kal-El #17 – New villain makes an appearance (cameo or otherwise). According to Gamesradar.com, “(Tom) Taylor specifically mentions Red Sin coming into play in Superman: Son of Kal-El #16. ” This character will be appearing across the Superman titles.
Small Press Gem
Specs #1 – a new series from Boom. What happens when a couple of misfit teens mail-order a pair of X-ray glasses, and realize they’ve received much more than they bargained for? But all Kenny and Ted want is to not feel like outcasts in their small Ohio town. Their world is turned upside down when the Magic Specs they receive unlock a world of possibilities. Small Press Pick of the Week
New York Ninja Super Special #1 – Based on the cult favorite New York Ninja from Vinegar Syndrome, bringing a magazine-sized Super Special by Ignatz award winner Charles Forsman. Pick of the Week
Amazing Spider-Man #13 – After being teased a bunch of times, Gold Goblin (Norman Osborn) makes his first appearance. Will need to see if he sticks around longer than the upcoming mii-series.
