There has been a flurry of recent news regarding the fan-favorite character, Vision. Per Deadline, the Vision will be receiving a new series on Disney+! This being his first appearance and all, fans have begun visiting the aftermarket to add this book to their PC before any further announcements. We tracked 10 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 140%, with a high sale of $3,120 for a CGC 9.4 and a raw VG FMV of $297.

#12 SPIDER-MAN 2099 #1 | MARVEL | 1992
The first ongoing series for the fan-favorite Spider-Man 2099 is back on our lists! Fans have become inundated with a solid new comic run in Spider-Man 2099: Exodus, action figures, and costumes in the lead-up to Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse. This book has been a minor key for years, being snapped up quickly once the initial announcement was made. The community is seeing another wave of sales as news from production has slowly reached fans. We tracked 22 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 142%, with a high sale of $149.99 for a CBCS 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $11.

#13 MICRONAUTS #1 | MARVEL | 1979
The trailer for the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: QUANTAMANIA has confirmed we will be returning to the Quantum Realm. There is some speculation that we might get a live-action appearance from the Micronauts, specifically Arcturus Rann, who first appeared in this book. We tracked 19 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 116%, with a high sale of $184.99 (down from last week’s high of $225) for a CGC 9.8 copy and a raw VF FMV of $15.

The recently greenlit TV adaption was featured in our Top Ten for the last several weeks. However, sales have slowed (last week, we tracked 53 sold), and prices have dropped. Keep in mind that content takes time to develop. As always, this will only resurface in collectors’ minds when more info is provided (director, casting, and trailer announcements). Keep an eye on key issues as this happens and pick them up while cheap. Meanwhile, we tracked 16 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 92%, with a high sale of $89.95 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a raw NM FMV of $10.

#15 HULK #1 | MARVEL | 2008
With Harrison Ford’s casting as General Ross, there has yet to be a confirmation of his appearance as the Red Hulk. Yet, collectors still needed to pay top market prices for a copy. With no confirmation, the market has let this slip in sales and price. We tracked 15 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 102%, with a high sale of $225 (down from the high two weeks ago at $425) for a CGC 9.8. FMV for a raw NM copy will run about $63 (down from $83). If you believe in this spec., there’s potential to buy at the dip.

#16 SPIDER-MAN #1 SILVER | MARVEL | 1990
The time to submit books for the upcoming Todd McFarlane signing at CGC is quickly approaching, closing on November 11th. Newcomers and those who have followed his career for years couldn’t help but snag this rarer variant for some of his most famous work. We tracked 15 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 100%, with a high sale of $149 for a CGC 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $20.

#17 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #300 | MARVEL | 1988
Not only is this book one of MacFarlane’s most famous works, but it also features the first appearance of Venom. Venom is obviously popular, enough to warrant a third film! Recently, a change in directors was announced for the upcoming project, leading some fans to pick up this book, adding to the relatively steady success it sees. We tracked 16 copies sold, a 7-day trend of 88%, and had a high sale of $4,051 for a CGC 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $702.

#18 THE OMEGA MEN #3 | DC | 1983
James Gunn is quickly becoming the main man at DC. With a mystery project in the works, many speculate that it will finally be a film for Lobo, who first appeared in this book. The community thinks Lobo would be in good hands with Gunn, who has an excellent track record of adapting lesser-known, yet beloved characters to the screen. Fans are grabbing up his first appearance just in case there is some validity. We tracked 15 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 93%, with a high sale of $300 for a CGC 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $55.

#19 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #365 | MARVEL | 1992
The first appearance of Spider-Man 2099 has been an under-the-radar key for years until relatively recently. News for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has been slowly reaching fans, including confirmation per The Hollywood Reporter that Daniel Kaluuya will be voicing Spider-Punk. With the likes of Oscar Issac voicing 2099, this film is shaping up to have some significant chops behind it. It looks to improve upon the first movie, and fans are pumped. We tracked 15 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 87%, with a high sale of $499.95 for a CGC 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $23.

#20 MARVEL SUPER-HEROES SECRET WARS #1 | MARVEL | 1984
It was announced early last month that the Secret Wars film was being pushed back to 2026. That has yet to stop fans from picking up the first issue in the influential run! With news of upcoming Marvel projects flowing, fans get a better idea of where the MCU could land. Community confidence is high Marvel can stick the landing, culminating years of hard work into a cinematic interpretation of this epic saga!
