#11 THE JOKER THE MAN WHO STOPPED LAUGHING #4 LEE BERMEJO COVER B | DC | 2023
Lee Bermejo does it again! The popularity of his Christmas skyrocketed into the new year. However, a new cover takes the spotlight as the holidays are now behind us. The demented clown puppeteer plays with his creation, the Red Hood. The cover is a haunting reminder that the Joker will always hold some control over Jason Todd due to their brutally linked past. We tracked 34 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 94%, with a high sale of $16.14 for a raw copy. However, the current NM raw FMV is $9.

#12 BATMAN #131 DAVID NAKAYAMA (1:25) | DC | 2023
David Nakayama is known for his minimalistic covers, showing off the hero or villain in all their glory. This Batman cover is reminiscent of Nakayama’s previous 2021 X-Men covers, showcasing Cyclops and Jean Grey. What adds to the value of this book is that it is the debut of Red Mask, a new rising villain, and Jewel, an ally of Batman. We tracked 31 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 73%, with a high sale of $20 for a raw copy. The current NM raw FMV is $10.

#13 BATMAN/SUPERMAN WORLD’S FINEST #10 DAN MORA HOLIDAY CARD COVER C | DC | 2022
The 18-time Grammy Award winner is sharing some of his magic with DC. Paul McCartney spotlights on the cover of this festive party. While many collectors have their eye on Marvel and the now-famous Eminen variant, DC has still been going strong with Paul McCartney. We tracked 18 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 99%, with a high sale of $36.13 for a raw copy and a current NM FMV of $24.

#14 X-FORCE #2 | MARVEL | 1991
Here is the first appearance of Weapon X! No, not that Weapon X… We’re talking about Garrison Kane, a former member of Cable’s group, Six Pack. Weapon X took this soldier and made him into a cybernetically enhanced mercenary. Additionally, this book is notably the second appearance of the merc with a mouth, Deadpool. We tracked 16 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 106%, with a high sale of $84.50 for a CGC 9.8 and a current NM raw FMV of $8.

#15 THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #346 | MARVEL | 1991
Erik Larsen delivers one of the most iconic Venom covers in the Amazing Spider-Man run. While many of the books end up on our list due to being a key, this one is based on pure art. No new characters debut in this issue. It’s simply an iconic cover and a timeless piece of artwork. We tracked 14 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 119%, with a high sale of $220 for a CGC 9.8 and a current NM raw FMV of $23.

#16 BURNING MAN #1 | BAD IDEA | 2022
The idea of an “infinite” set of narratives is interesting, and Bad Idea’s unique marketing strategy has captured the attention of many collectors. As more story avenues are released, it will be interesting to see which paths will be more collectible than others. We tracked 12 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 140%, with a high sale of $33 for a raw copy and an NM FMV of $29.

#17 THE JOKER THE MAN WHO STOPPED LAUGHING #3 LEE BERMEJO COVER B | DC | 2022
While a new Joker cover is making its way up the ranks, this holiday cover is slowly losing its fire. This is simply due to the holidays being a thing of the past. We’ll likely see this cover tucked away into collections until the next holiday season! We tracked 20 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 80%, with a high sale of $29.99 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a raw NM FMV of $24.

#18 BOOK OF SLAUGHTER #1 DAN MORA | BOOM! STUDIOS | 2022
The overnight popularity of Something is Killing the Children is legendary. The series has since had several spin-off series, this issue being the latest. As the SIKTC world expands, fans are ready to follow the lore as the saga unfolds. We tracked 14 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 115%, with a high sale of $11.67 for a raw copy and a VF FMV of $10.

#19 STAR WARS THE MANDALORIAN #1 | MARVEL | 2022
The Mandalorian is making its way back to the top of our lists. As fans prepare for Season 3 of The Mandalorian, grabbing a few copies of his first appearance in comics seems wise. While his standard cover A has been selling in an upwards trend, the incentive covers have slowed down. This is primarily due to having too many variants, an issue plaguing many great books lately. With so many covers, collectors unanimously decide not to buy any. It will be interesting to see if they pick up any speed as we get closer to the release of the new season. We tracked 17 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 94%, with a high sale of $135 for a CGC 9.8.

#20 THE SAVAGE SHE-HULK #1 | MARVEL | 1980
While the She-Hulk show debuted to a mixed reception from fans, the She-Hulk comic will always be a classic. Now that the peak interest in the book has subsided, collectors are once again picking up her first appearance. While She-Hulk’s appearance in the MCU is uncertain, the comics are going strong to her 175th anniversary in April this year! We tracked 12 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 133%, with a high sale of $840 for a CGC 9.8. The current raw NM FMV is $139.
