11. ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 – DAVID MARQUEZ – VIRGIN (1:100)
The Ultimate Spider-Man has taken over the top ten, and covers have also permeated the runner-ups! It’s unique to see a 1:100 retailer incentive selling so well. Most retailer incentives take time to move due to the price of these rarer covers. However, this is Spider-Man we’re talking about, and his Ultimate universe return was an event fans were anticipating! We tracked 44 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 58%, with a high sale of $100 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $80.

12. SPAWN #1 – TODD MCFARLANE – REGULAR
Todd McFarlane has announced that he will be moving forward with Spawn, whether Hollywood picks it up or whether he will tap investors himself. This surefire attitude has rekindled fans’ interest in the book and the desire to own the first issue before McFarlane makes any official movie announcements. We recorded 42 copies sold, with a 7-day trend of 115%. A CGC 9.9 copy achieved a high sale of $4,800, and a current raw NM fair market value sits at $34.

13. ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 – ELIZABETH TORQUE
Fans love seeing Peter Parker and Mary Jane together! The most recent Spider-Man run has Peter and Mary Jane separated once more, with Mary Jane having a whole family of her own. In the ultimate series launch, Peter and Mary Jane are together and have started their own family. All seems well for the web-slinger, for now… No spoilers here! We tracked 22 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 150%, with a high sale of $14 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $13.

14. BENEATH THE TREES WHERE NOBODY SEES #2 – PATRICK HORVATH – COVER A
After readers caught wind of the serial-killing cartoon bear, they couldn’t get enough. While the first issue was a surprise hit, collectors were ready for the second issue to hit. As more and more readers hear about the stellar storytelling in this series, these books will continue being hot on the aftermarket! We tracked 27 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 115%, with a high sale of $90 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $26.

15. ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 – NIC KLEIN
The Ultimate Spider-Man launched, and everyone wants a copy of this book! Multiple covers claimed spots in the top ten list and also have issues with our runner-ups. Nic Klein illustrates a darker, more imposing cover of our favorite web-head. While it isn’t a ratio cover, it has picked up lots of heat, just like many of the regular covers for this awesome re-launch of the Ultimate Spider-Man! We tracked 27 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 118%, with a high sale of $15 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $12.

16. BENEATH THE TREES WHERE NOBODY SEES #1 – PATRICK HORVATH – COVER A
This book is still seeing tons of movement in the aftermarket. BENEATH THE TREES was a surprise hit when it arrived in stores. Copies of the book flew off the shelves, and it was an immediate sensation. The aftermarket took off with increasing hype as fans anticipated the second issue. Now, it seems there are rumors of a media project. However, it is essential to note that the hype has spurred many unfounded rumors. We tracked 22 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 94%, with a high sale of $90 for a raw copy and a current NM FMV of $69.

17. WOLVERINE #36 – RYAN STEGMAN – REGULAR
Hellverine continues to deliver the heat! Even though it has been five months after its release, it is still a hot ticket item for collectors. It is rare to see a modern key continue dominating, but then again, it combines two very popular Marvel characters. Here’s to the Hellverine! We tracked 26 copies sold, a 7-day trend of 128%, a high sale of $180 for an NM copy, and a current NM FMV of $41.

18. FALL OF THE HOUSE OF X #1 – STANLEY ARTGERM LAU – MAGIK VIRGIN (1:50)
Magik has grown in popularity in recent years. Likewise, the X-Men books have also been gaining popularity. The new release of this series has garnered the attention of X-Men fans. However, the 1:50 retailer incentive has gained tons of traction in the aftermarket. Stanley Artgerm is a highly sought-after artist for collectors. He beautifully illustrates a fantastic cover featuring Magik, covered in gold armor and wielding her sword. The cover is a hit, and fans are tracking down copies for their collection. We tracked 18 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 101%, with a high sale of $95 for an NM+ raw and a current raw NM FMV of $83.

19. THE HOOD VOL.1 #1
Ghost Rider’s past amalgam, the Hellverine, was an immensely popular book in 2023. This past week, Marvel announced that a new Spirit of Vengeance will emerge. The Hood (Parker) has been named the successor to Johnny Blaze, who will soon become the Spirit of Vengeance. The new series is said to be an epic crime saga and is titled GHOST RIDER: FINAL VENGEANCE. The new book is set to debut on March 13th and will bring to life this new version of Ghost Rider. Will it be as popular as the Hellverine? Only time will tell! In the meantime, fans are collecting the first appearance of The Hood! We tracked ten copies sold at a 7-day trend of 111%, with a high sale of $35 for an NM raw and a current raw NM FMV of $24.

20. CRIMINAL #1
Ed Brubaker’s CRIMINAL series is heading to Amazon Prime Video! The series has been in development limbo for about a year. However, this past week, Amazon formally requested an order for the comic book adaptation. There isn’t any official release date yet, but this news was enough for this book to get on collector’s radar. It has hit the aftermarket and taken off as collectors try to grab a copy of the first issue in the series! We tracked 19 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 148%, with a high sale of $35 for an NM raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $28.
