#11 STAR WARS: DOCTOR APHRA #40 BEN HARVEY (1:25) | MARVEL | 2024
Doctor Aphra did something a lot of comics never achieved. It hit its 40th and final issue, with killer ratio variants to commemorate the occasion. This 1:25 from Ben Harvey has been tough to get and is doing well on the aftermarket when it does sell. It’s the undisputed favorite of all the covers, and fans are willing to pay up to acquire it. We tracked ten copies sold at a 7-day trend of 134%, with a high sale of $125 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $111.

#12 ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 RYAN STEGMAN | MARVEL | 2024
The first cover appearance of Richard and May Parker has done well in the past few weeks but has finally made its way to the Runner-Up list. While sales have slowed, fans still covet this cover as Ryan Stegman delivered a portrait of a happy family- something Spider-Man has been lacking for quite some time! We tracked 41 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 92%, with a high sale of $31 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $19.

#13 SPAWN #1 | IMAGE | 1992
Considering his pedigree on the aftermarket, Spawn is always close to one of our lists. Fans have been patiently waiting for the Spawn reboot that’s been promised for what feels like a decade now. But they have faith in The Toddfather, who recently reiterated that it would get done, hell or high water. While that declaration is under review, Spawn typically does well all on his own. We recorded 39 copies sold, with a 7-day trend of 92% at a high sale of $200 and a current raw NM FMV of $29. This book simply will not stop.

#14 ULTIMATE UNIVERSE #1 | MARVEL | 2023
While it’s not the first appearance of Maystorm, it is her debut. That was enough for the aftermarket to take a hard look. Sales have been aided by MyComicsShop dropping $7 copies while they are trending higher on eBay, bringing down the current FMV. It’s a solid runner-up book for those who missed her first appearance. We tracked 30 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 112%, with a high sale of $15 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $7.

#15 ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 MARCO CHECCHETTO – COSTUME TEASE A | MARVEL | 2024
The Ultimate Spider-Man hype took a step back last week, but it’s still here! This Black Suit Spider-Man cover continues to sell well and is the leader of the pack for this book. We tracked 36 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 90%, with a high sale of $195 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $80.

#16 ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN #1 R. B. SILVA – 2ND PRINT | MARVEL | 2024
The whirlwind that Ultimate Spider-Man has created is exactly what the market ordered. Unfortunately, a ton of fans missed out on the first batch, but Marvel is quickly following it up with a 2nd print. It reprints the first appearance of Richard and May Parker, a couple of characters that have the potential to become more in the future. We tracked 24 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 128%, with a high sale of $15 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $13.

#17 DARKER IMAGE #1 | IMAGE | 1993
Channing Tatum declared The Maxx is moving forward. Collectors scoured their PC for copies of his first appearance in THE MAXX #1 before hitting up the aftermarket for this early appearance of the character. The Maxx isn’t typically a household character, but he has a dedicated fanbase hoping to cover their basis should Tatum deliver on his promises. We tracked 21 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 143%, with a high sale of $79 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $3.

#18 HOWARD THE DUCK #1 | MARVEL | 1976
We have no idea why this book hit this list, as no concrete news about anything about this book has hit the internet. For some reason, 20 copies flew off the digital sale this week. We’ll continue investigating, but if you have the inside scoop, let us know! We tracked 20 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 148%, with a high sale of $590.75 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $75.

#19 SUPERGIRL: WOMAN OF TOMORROW #1 | DC | 2021
We finally got the titular casting news for the upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow that James Gunn is set to debut in his DCU. It’s been quiet on that front for a while now, so the fanbase was ecstatic to receive some major casting news! We tracked 25 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 117%, with a high sale of $180 for CGC 9.8 and a raw NM FMV of $30.

#20 THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN #9 | MARVEL | 1977
Daredevil: Born Again will hit the airwaves eventually. Until then, any leaks or tweets relating to the project are under the microscope. That includes recent set photo leaks that reportedly showed the first Marvel character of Hispanic descent, White Tiger. White Tiger would be an excellent foil in the series and one that has been rumored for the project for a while. Collectors are keeping their eyes peeled for this book and pulling the trigger when the time is right. We tracked 25 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 101%, with a high sale of $375 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $68.
