TOP 10

1 Nights #1 – Luigi Formisano – Regular
The premise of this series is bizarre—orphans, mercenaries, vampires? But it works, and fans were tickled to find out Netflix is preparing an animated adaptation. Netflix has made a massive push toward animation, and if their recent work is any indication, this series is in good hands. When word got out, collectors rushed to secure a copy of this previously under-the-radar title. We tracked 30 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 267%, with a high sale of $26 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $19.

2 Basketful Of Heads #1
DC isn’t the only publisher with comic titles hitting the screen. Superman has a ton riding on it, but they’re exuding confidence lately and pushing the envelope. Now that James Gunn is at the helm, the opportunities are endless. This title sports a whacky story, but it works. Fans enjoyed it, albeit not kicking down the door to secure copies galore. But some stories are meant for second chances, and this series will be getting it, as it was recently announced Natasha Lyonne is set to star and produce in an adaptation. We’re in a bold new era for comic adaptations! We tracked 52 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 8%, with a high sale of $60 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $9.

3 We’re Taking Everyone Down With Us #1 – Stefano Landini – Special Preview Edition
For a title that hasn’t even been released yet, there’s some hype building. This series has been teased since last year, and fans are excited to get their hands on it. Some want to get in on the ground floor, and they’re delighted to discover this preview edition. The series reportedly has a James Bond flare, so the “For Your Eyes Only” on the cover adds to the mystique. We tracked 10 copies sold at a 7-day growth trend of 109%, with a high sale of $20 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $12.

4 Daredevil Vol.1 #227
In the teaser for Daredevil: Born Again, we know Kingpin knows Daredevil’s secret identity. He found out at the end of the Netflix series, and that was something brought over in this somewhat continuation. This book’s major premise is that Kingpin discovers Daredevil’s identity and is also the launching pad into the Born Again run. This is an easy book to key in on, and with the series right around the corner, fans are prepping for this long-time return. We tracked 23 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 105%, with a high sale of $190 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw VF FMV of $15.

5 Invincible #61
Since it was announced Invincible was getting an adaptation, fans of the comics were keyed up for the arrival of Conquest. It was a pivotal period for Invincible and helped cement it as the Universe’s Greatest Comic. It’s just so badass. Invincible season 3 is in full swing, and the fanbase is inching ever closer to seeing Conquest arrive. It’s a moment that, if done right, could launch Invincible to household name status. IF being the keyword. The hype is insane, and fans are hard at work securing copies of the first appearance of Conquest. We tracked 13 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 163%, with a high sale of $285 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $101.

6 The Kill Lock #1
It was rumored that this was the most recent series to be optioned by Amazon. They’ve put out a solid body of animated series work, so fan confidence is on the rise. It’s been an under-the-radar book for years, and that rumor put a spotlight on it and a fire under it. We tracked eight copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 6%, with a high sale of $33 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $22.

7 Gunslinger Spawn #18 – Mark Spears – Regular
Mark Spears is working on this Spawn title, and fans of his work were pumped to secure a simple Cover A with his style front and center. For a creator who is great at horror-themed stuff, the transition into Spawn has been seamless. This cover is insane, in a good way, and collectors showed up for it. We tracked 28 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 306%, with a high sale of $20 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $20.

8 Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #1 – Leonardo Romero – Regular
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man has been killing it on Disney+. Fans have thoroughly enjoyed it. Mainstays of the hobby and crossover collectors have been picking this book up at a good clip. It’s a prequel book to the series and introduces Susan O’Hara, the adopted Mother of Nico, Peter’s best friend, and a familiar last name. We tracked 34 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 129%, with a high sale of $23 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $14.

9 Spawn #356 – Mark Spears – Regular
Mark Spears is kicking out some work! Thousands of new fans discovered him thanks to his Monsters work, and now he’s moved on to Spawn. His first few covers, including this one, have been hot as heck out of the gate. Fans no longer have to hope their LCS stocks one of his hot variants; they can access it through Spawn. We tracked 32 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 44%, with a high sale of $35 for a raw NM+ copy and a current raw NM FMV of $33.

10 Fantastic Four Vol.1 #209 – Newsstand
We got the first trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and somewhat surprisingly, every potential associated key book didn’t explode on the aftermarket. However, this book stood out. It’s the first appearance of HERBIE, a robot created by Reed Richards (and friends) to find Galactus. We got a peek at a shadow of a tiny Galactus in the trailer and a full appearance by HERBIE. We still don’t know how involved he’ll be, but it’s a cheap key that fans can pick up if HERBIE is a pivotal character in the film. We tracked 17 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 49%, with a high sale of $299 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $17.
