Yea. 9.8’s @ $400 is going to happen. On/After November 20th, I can see it reaching close to $1,000.

Picked up an issue #1 cgc 9.6 for $150 2 months ago and a nm raw run of 22-27 as well . Feeling good about the growth potential of this book
Some raws went off for #1 today at $130. It may hit that high price at 9.8 after all.
