  1. Great list!
Red Dog has a seriously bad-ass cover also by Tom Velez. Looking forward to it and others. Black will be well received too.

  2. Does any one know if Black Mask is ever going to continue writing books pass issue 5? It’s just frustrating finding a good book from them and they don’t ever go pass issue 5 and then they announce a new series. I am still waiting to see if transference #3 is ever going to be made.

  3. By the way Mel, great list. Couple of books that cough my attention. Keep up the good work.

  4. Great list! All books I had ordered except street fighter and trump. Might look into street fighter as a flip book.
This in my favorite column every month, keep it up!!

    1. Be on the look out Alana ,I seen 2 different covers ..I hope the 181 cover swipe is the regular cover

  5. Of all the video-game genres I absolutely suck at 99% of fighting games. That said, I’ve enjoyed Street Fighter before. That ALSO said, I can’t recall the games having much of a plot to make comics out of, so I wonder how the comics tell much of story? I suppose that makes a swimsuit issue work well as then it is just ALL visuals and no story to muddy-up everyone looking sexy.
Oh, and for those wondering, the 1% of fighting games I don’t suck at? Any of the, “Super Smash Brothers,” games. Those are my jam.

      1. I would always just get beaten by the AI and then go, “How do you do that?” During the amazing Fatalities that would occur when the announcer yelled, “Finish Him!”

        1. Online move lists have always been my friends. I have always stuck with Subzero and Scorpion except with the addition of Baraka. (Love that guy) For MK10 I have also thrown in Jason and Keatherface.

  6. Mortal Kombat has also been my game. Scorpion on the first 2 games used to be my favorite guy. Then when #4 came out for the N64, Raider was my main guy on that one. When I was younger, I used to throw the control and the T.V every time I lost a match ha ha ha ha ha ha. Now thinking about it makes me laugh but I remember when I was so mad I lost the fight. Good old days lol.

  7. Heck yeah they are. That’s why I don’t do it any more lol. I have learn to control my GAME anger lol

  8. mel thanks for this #awesomesauce list. adding the street fighter swimsuit and the trump coloring book to myorders thing sounds neat and reddog is a reddog and you can’t go wrong with a reddog blind adam out
