The Diamond Comics Advance Reorder List is a great speculator tool. It shows what books retailers are going back to get more of, in advance of their release. They are actually putting their money up betting these books get big. These are the books people are talking about in shops, message boards, and websites. Venom is looking to be big. Many different variants for #1 showing up on the list this week. Same with Death of X #4. Mostly a Marvel heavy week. There are some interesting 2nd prints of note, including He Man Thundercats and the Batman TMNT Adventures.

  1. Is DC still doing returnability on all of their titles? I am figuring that is why DC books barely appear on Diamond reorder charts anymore; but if that is not the case, then that would be an even more telling sign that DC’s Rebirth didn’t last. I do know that locally the DC books are now sitting on shelves with less & less people picking them up. I am still reading the titles I’ve always read, but the few extra titles I picked up to try I’ve mostly already dropped because they lost steam after a few issues. And even some of my regular books have had that feeling, but I’ve got to stick with *something* to stay in the DC loop, lol.
