Anne Bonnie #1 from Blue Juice sells out

Anne Bonnie #1 from Blue Juice Comics has sold out at the distributor level.
Remember, just because a book sells out at the distributor level, does not mean you cannot find it in comic shops, but the stores cannot order addition copies of the first print, what they have is all they can get.
This book was speculated well ahead of release, due in part to the promo version that went out early. The book did not have a huge print run, will be very interested in seeing the print run of the book when the numbers come in.

  1. I pulled 5 copies off the shelf at a local shop in PA for cover price so they are out there. I liked the artwork and seems to have great potential as a storyline goes. Going to try to flip a few quick in case it doesn’t catch on and hold a few for later.

  2. The cover’s dark border make it hard to find this book in pristine condition. I found many with minor creasing along the spine that broke color.

    1. Yeah, I noticed that too. I picked up two copies from a local shop with slight creases but better than the others they had. I also ordered 2 from Midtown in hopes they come in better shape.

      1. I’ve never gotten anything from midtown in NM. They don’t pack their stuff well and it always get bent or beat up a little. At least with everything I’ve bought.

      2. Really? I order from them all the time and it always comes in NM+ condition. Your USPS/UPS guy must really hate you or something! 😉

      3. Yeah, I don’t know. Maybe they’re tired of delivering comic filled packages to my house!

    1. Thanks for the heads up. Remember, sold out at the distributor level does not mean sold out at the retail level. Many publishers keep copies to sell or give out directly. Wishing I was at Megacon though. My convention schedule is heavy this year as I plan on Philly and New York in addition to Baltimore.
