    Great video as always. Glad you had a good vacation.

    You don’t sometimes realize how much you look forward to the new comic spec video until it’s not there one week. Glad you’re back!

    BTW, I know CHU followers are probably all over this, but Naomi #1 (Cover A & B) are going for $15-$20 each. Be on the lookout at your stores.

      1. A friend of mine shared some mind blowing spec w/ me today regarding Naomi. Things may be bigger for her than we are currently expecting. If what he is spec‘n on is half accurate, Naomi will do some damage for us.

  2. AFter months of sitter idle on eBay, my copy of The Mall #1 (scout comics) sold. And it looks like a lot of sales today on eBay. I’m guessing there’s some news.

    Fortunately I have a 2nd copy ready to go if it’s popping.

          Yeah, copies still available on scoutcomics.com, including the FCBD copy. But I believe there may still be some at my lcs, so I’ll look to pay $3.99 (and free for the FCBD) versus $10 to $20.

            1. What was odd is that I had offers turned on, and despite that not even a peep out of any prospective buyers and suddenly it’s sold without even an offer made.

              I see a copy sold at $25 regular A cover. Throwing my other copy up on the Bay for $30 for fun! See what happens.

                2. This is hilarious. The below quoted from the CBSI website. Can’t wait till The Mall shows up on all the top 10 hit comic lists this week with nobody knowing quite why…

                  “Here is a cautionary tale for you. There has been no news on this property that I could find since it was optioned in October of last year, but some guy mentioned that it just got optioned on you tube (on March 4th), and a buying frenzy occurs, which causes issues to sell for up to $35, and a 9.8 to sell for $150. Do your research people, this is old news.”

                3. Lol. It was optioned a long time ago. The unpressable defects show had James Haick on the show talking about the option. That is why the sudden buying spree.

    1. Not really. It’s just the hottest book right now. I haven’t heard any rumors (spoilers tomorrow) but will say more and more people are jumping on.

  8. I rode the wave. After reading all the comments here about The Mall FCBD I sold a copy here in the UK which im posting to The USA this morning. Free comic book day is the gift that keeps giving, and so is the CHU community. Thanks to you all.
