Daredevil Netflix show casts Stick

Looks like it may be a very Frank Miller Daredevil coming to Netflix.
Stick first appears in Daredevil #176 and it might be a good idea to pick up a copy. Besides being one of the best runs, If the series is based off of it, all of Frank Miller’s Daredevil run would be an excellent pick up as well. These books have appreciated with time.
Bleeding Cool let out that the character Stick has been cast for the Daredevil Netflix Marvel Series.

Veteran actor, Scott Glenn, has signed on to play the role of Stick, the blind ninja master who trained Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) in the upcoming Daredevil series. Marvel.com announced the casting of Glenn who may be best known for his roles in The Hunt for Red October, The Right Stuff and Silverado.
Along with Glenn and Cox, the cast for the new Netflix / Marvel series includes Vincent D’Onofrio (Wilson Fisk), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) and Rosario Dawson as an announced character.

  1. Daredevil and Batman alternate as my favorite. I cannot wait for this show, as I think they are finally going to do Daredevil justice. Hopefully it’s a mix of Milller/Bendis.

      1. Never got into Moon Knight much. Definitely think he is an interesting character, just haven’t fully clicked with me. The new run was interesting, but was a little too out there for me.

      1. Yep better load up on issue 254 right quick lol. Actually, I find it’s a tough book to find at shows. Seldom do I find it cheap or at all for that matter.

    1. Wouldn’t be surprised if she is Mila Donovan. Karen has a ways to go with her story line, but She could cameo as Mila early on.
