Marvel Picks
Seems Midtown really needs some cash by jacking up the price for Amazing Spider-Man #3 for the Hikaru Uesugi Variant.
It is selling anywhere from $150 to $200 from the looks of things with most now listing it at $200 or more on average.
Ghost Rider #1 gets a 3rd printing while Ghost Rider #2 gets a second printing.
Makes sense they release Jane Foster Mighty Thor #1 (of 5) around the time of the new Thor movie. I’m in it in hopes for a decent read and any potential spec for any new characters that might emerge.

Really digging the Savage Avengers #2 (Frisson Variant).
Venom #8 is being hyped by Marvel as the issue to buy. Hopefully it lives up to such hype! I do like Ram V as a writer but have not been following this new Venom series.
The 1:25 Variant is pretty slick if you can find for cheap. Could turn out to be something if the hype is real from the solicitation.

I’ve never been big on Aquaman but maybe Ram V can change my mind with Aquaman Andromeda #1 (of 3) (Cover A – Christian Ward). Love the cover for the regular.

Indie & Small Publisher Picks
It’s a small week for the smaller publishers for me, but a few stand out!
Twig #2 (of 5) (Cover C – Momoko) is a cover I just think is pure awesome. I read the first issue and it was entertaining, enough for me to continue reading as well.
Astronaut Down #1 (Cover A – Rubine) is a new sci-fi I was looking forward to. Hoping at minimum a decent read.
Midtown has the ratio variant for $20 and it’s sold out but you can find these cheaper on eBay currently.
Where Starships Go to Die #1 (Cover A – Haun) is another sci-fi title I’m looking forward to. At minimum, gotta be decent reads with good art or I won’t go beyond the first issue.
There’s a 1:15 Variant as well for this one.
