RUNNERS UP
11 Absolute Batman #17 – Zoe Lacchei – 2026 MegaCon – Trinity Comics – Glow In The Dark (Limited 888)
This past weekend was MegaCon in sunny Orlando, FL. Hundreds of people flooded the convention floors, searching for the latest and greatest in exclusive covers. Of course, ABSOLUTE BATMAN had one of the most sought-after covers. This glow-in-the-dark exclusive retailed for $50 at Trinity’s booth, immediately soaring in value on the aftermarket. The week after a convention sees the largest boom in value. Which could mean that this variant has tons of room to grow! We tracked 18 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 50% with a high sale of $165 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $131.
12 Tigress Island #1 – EPHK – Cover B
The Queens of the jungle continue their reign over the aftermarket! TIGRESS ISLAND received tons of hype due to the popularity of new indie books and the premise of the storyline. The hype on the aftermarket soared after those in the dark saw the cover art on the variants. This variant has continued to sell well, and why not? It’s all the brutal sexiness a collector could want out of a scantily-clad katana wielder! We tracked 16 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 56% with a high sale of $25 for a raw NM+ copy and a current raw NM FMV of $11.
13 Sweet Death #Ashcan – Will Jack – 2026 MegaCon – Davis Rider Comics
Davis Rider Comics takes the self-publishing route as he reveals his new comic, SWEET DEATH. The ashcan cover was also exclusive to the convention. What better way to build hype for your new series than to bring in a superstar like Will Jack? Jack killed this cover by placing the attractive heroine assassin in the spotlight. Fans of Davis Rider Comics were in love with the cover, and there was a large demand for the ashcan before it was even distributed, for free, at Megacon! The result was a boom in the aftermarket. We tracked 11 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 50% with a high sale of $75 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $68.
14 Vampirella: Armageddon #9 – Will Jack – 2026 MegaCon – The Comic Mint – Bloody – Virgin (Limited 666)
Will Jack kills it with another convention exclusive! This cover was exclusive to The Comic Mint and was thematically limited to 666 copies. It features the already steaming Vampirella wearing nothing but… blood. She is accurately depicted on her throne as she took over the aftermarket once the variant was released! Attendees who were lucky enough to nab a copy for $40 were also able to meet Jack and have him sign the cover. This book soared once it was posted for non-attendees to grab! We tracked 23 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 53% with a high sale of $150 for a raw NM+ copy and a current raw NM FMV of $120.
15 D’Orc #1 – Brett Bean – 2nd Print
This 2nd print showcases great artwork from Brett Bean. It was an instant hit when the 2nd print was announced. D’ORC had already built up a huge following when it was first released. The 2nd print was bound to be a big seller as well. It speaks to the popularity of this book to still hold a top sales spot when competing with high-end convention exclusives coming out from Megacon this past weekend! We tracked 19 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 108% with a high sale of $65 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $12.
16 Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 #134
The highly anticipated Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer debuted 5 days ago, and it’s already amassed a staggering 1 Billion views (first trailer to do so too). The trailer gave fans hope for the future of our favorite web-slinger. It was full of darker overtones, a story that aged with its audience, and great tie-ins to the MCU. It also had a phenomenal montage of scenes that paid homage to classic Spider-Man covers like this one. This cover was recreated in live action for the trailer, and it was amazing, so amazing that fans ran to tertiary markets to secure a copy of this book for themselves! We tracked 54 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 20% with a high sale of $535 for a CGC 9.4 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $83.
17 Dead Teenagers #1 – Naomi Franq – Regular
The latest in the indie comic series makes a big debut. DEAD TEENAGERS is a new storyline by Oni Press. Comic book collectors have been grabbing the first issue of the series, in the hopes that the series picks up in popularity. DEAD TEENAGERS started strong, with huge movement on the aftermarket. As the book reached consumers, positive word-of-mouth spread, and the book has been selling strongly! We tracked 63 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 29% with a high sale of $15 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $8.
18 Absolute Wonder Woman #17 – Kyuyong Eom – 2026 MegaCon – ComicXposure / KRS / ComicTom101 / Davis Rider – Foil (Limited 999)
What a crazy convention cover! This book was a 4-way collaboration between comic companies. They came together to bring Kyuyong Eom on board to illustrate this killer foil cover. Absolute Zatanna is perfectly corrupted in this cover that attendees were lucky enough to nab at Megacon. The book retailed for $25 at the con; however, the booth had a limited supply. The rest of these covers were sold on Whatnot through direct retailer channels. Once they were gone, the books were hunted down on the aftermarket! We tracked 41 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 47% with a high sale of $75 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $70.
19 Tigress Island #1 – Kaladen
This noir cover really hits the spot with collectors. It features a beautiful damsel in distress, creating an alluding cover to an already popular comic. TIGRESS ISLAND has been blowing up these past couple of weeks. Moreso, the covers have been attracting lots of collectors seeking to add them to their own collection. As the series continues to maintain its popularity, the aftermarket lets us know which covers the fans’ desire! We tracked 30 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 41% with a high sale of $16 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $10.
20 D’Orc #1 – Brett Bean – Regular
D’ORC has had to go up against a ton of big hitters! It was Megacon weekend, and the new Spider-Man trailer debuted… Despite all the big comic book trends, D’ORC proves it’s not just a tiny little green warrior. This titan of a series is still selling strong and has had some decently high-value sales! It has yet to be forgotten as fans prepare for the third issue of the series, releasing in a couple of weeks! We tracked 35 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 21% with a high sale of $807 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $94.
