11. Cheval Noir #1
Another Dave Stevens cover, another bombshell! Well, three, but the point stands! Dave Stevens has been on fire lately, with diverse covers routinely hitting the aftermarket and causing a stir. This is yet the latest to do so. We tracked 9 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 75% with a high sale of $1,200 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $125.

12. Jackpot And Black Cat #2 – Arthur Adams (1:25)
You know, if Art Adams is lending himself to a Black Cat cover, fans are going to take notice. There is often a higher price tag involved, and this book is no different. It’s a niche series that hasn’t necessarily had time to expand yet. Fans and LCS typically don’t order enough copies to secure variants like this, leading to a higher sticker. That’s not enough to dissuade fans from trying to secure a copy! We tracked 13 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 15%, with a high sale of $60 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $54.

13. X-Men: Deadly Genesis Vol.1 #1 – Joe Quesada
With the re-introduction of the long-lost Summer’s brother, Vulcan, in X-Men 97’, many fans visit the aftermarket in search of his first appearance. Rocking similar powers to his more famous brothers, Vulcan is all about energy manipulation. However, he has a decidedly darker origin and personality, and that shows through on this variant cover from Joe Quesada. We tracked ten copies sold at a 7-day trend of 65%, with a high sale of $20 for a raw copy and a current raw NM FMV of $17.

14. Sandman #25
This book marks the first appearance of the Dead Boy Detectives, who recently got a series on Netflix that has been doing well with audiences. Before, this book wasn’t doing much, even when the trailer for the series was dropped earlier this month. Now that fans have been binging it, some are acquiring a cheap key in the Sandman universe. We tracked ten copies sold at a 7-day trend of 30%, with a high sale of $330 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $27.

15. Power Girl #8 – Irvin Rodriguez (1:25)
Occasionally, we get a Power Girl book on this list. The appearance is nearly always associated with a sought-after cover, and this book fits that distinction. This 1:25 from Irvin Rodriguez snuck under the radar. Power Girl isn’t the hottest of titles, but it does have a dedicated fanbase. However, LCS may be reluctant to order enough copies to hit the ratio, leading to a smaller but active market. We tracked 18 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 13%, with a high sale of $62 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $42.

16. The New Mutants Vol.1 #87 – Rob Liefeld – Regular
Cable has been playing a big part in X-Men 97’ albeit without the screen time to match. Still, that has sent fans to the aftermarket to secure a copy of his first appearance. Cable is a fan-favorite character, and his major key book often appears alongside Deadpool, as the characters are often mentioned and depicted together. With Deadpool 3 right around the corner, it’s no surprise to see this book on the list! We tracked 18 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 10%, with a high sale of $575 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $99.

17. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin #1 – Esau & Isaac Escorza – Cover A
The Last Ronin has grown exponentially in popularity over the past year. We’ve had a few follow-up series exploring the world this book established and the aftermath left over once this series concluded. Recent announcements of a AAA video game, live-action adaptation, action figures, and more have propelled the aftermarket. However, we’re seeing a fall this week, as a lot of Turtles’ attention was shaved away due to the conclusion of the ongoing IDW series at issue #150. While that was a major milestone, TLR still has a place on this list! We tracked 27 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 10%, with a high sale of $750 for a CGC 9.9 and a current raw NM FMV of $135.

18. The X-Men Vol.1 #130 – Luciano Vecchio – 2024 Facsimile (1:25)
There has been a ton of Dazzler hype in the last year. Fans are eager to potentially see the character appear on the big screen and have been investing accordingly through the aftermarket. With so much hype that extends to books like this. A facsimile of the first appearance of Dazzler, but in a new style from Luciana Vecchio. Facsimiles have grown in popularity, and this book came at the perfect time. We tracked 22 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 100%, with a high sale of $30 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of 27.

19. Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees #1 – Patrick Horvath – Cover A
This book burst onto the scene and took the community by storm. It got HOT, with slight cooling periods between appearances on this list. It’s checking the boxes for collectors, many of whom missed out when it initially debuted and are now turning to the aftermarket to secure a copy of this book. Now that Con season is upon us and the series creator is making the rounds, this book will likely appear even more often as fans continue to clamor for an adaptation of the series as they have been from the start. We tracked 14 copies sold at a 7-day trend of 10%, with a high sale of $208 for a CGC 9.8 and a current raw NM FMV of $68.

20. The X-Men Vol.1 #130 – Direct
It was a busy week for Dazzler just two weeks ago. We were fresh off an appearance on X-Men 97’, a new Taylor Swift album, AND a trailer for Deadpool 3 (where she was conspicuously absent). The way the album fits in is simple; her final word on the album was “dazzling.” That’s it, the smoking gun, the community thought, hitting the aftermarket in full force to secure a copy of the first appearance of the Dazzler. Now that’s a few weeks behind us, the market has cooled down again. Unless we get a TV spot featuring the character for Deadpool 3, rumors have likely peaked, as the movie is only a few months away. We tracked 15 copies sold, at a 7-day trend of 6%, with a high sale of $240 for a raw NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $157.
