The latest back issue to hit big time is the real 1st appearance of “Afterlife With Archie” which is the new current ongoing zombie horror themed Archie series.
The storyline first appeared in Life With Archie magazine #23 in 2012 exactly a year ago for last years halloween market.
Copies of this variant cover of the magazine are now up to $30.00 as 1st printings of Afterlife With Archie #1 have hit as high as $20.00 each depending on the cover.

The story in NOT in Life with Archie #23 variant, it’s merely a variant cover by Francavilla, and it’s been hot for a while now.
You are correct that the story is not Afterlife with Archie. You are correct that is has been hot for a while now. We ran a previous story about it as well. However, I am catching up on stuff and ran it as not everyone may be aware that this is the first appearance of the Afterlife with Archie Zombie-verse.

On another note…. Afterlife is doing great I made about $120 off of this book. I probably would’ve passed on It, but the hype on this site drove me to buy a few copies. Now I have silver age Captain America #100 graded 7. thanks to this site.
Its not so much hype as informed speculation. Lol. Yeah, I had retailers talking to me about this book on if they should order. I told them not to miss out. The one in particular sold out of all his copies and he does not carry Archie books.
On a side note, I love hearing people make money off the info on the site, That is what it is here for. All info is free and do with it what you will.
