One of the early announcements of Vertigo TV shows was iZombie. With any announcement, it is no guarantee that the show will make it to tv.
iZombie has been confirmed it will make it to air on the CW Network.

I’m surprised people are paying so much for the reg cover to issue 1. The variant is rare so those high prices are justified but in my opinion the first appearance is all that matters-House of Mystery Annual 1

Yes, but all it has to say is Dc comics or based on the Vertigo Comic and it could spur interest. I really think their is a cross market for the show and the comic.
