Arsenal to join 'Arrow' TV show

Roy Harper, aka Speedy aka Red Arrow, will be joining the cast of Arrow on the CW network. According to this article he will be going by Aresnal.
Other character’s that have appeared on the show have seen their related first appearances shoot up. So, it would be unwise to not consider Roy’s first appearance as Arsenal in the DC Universe. There are a few copies of his first appearance as Arsenal in New Titans #99 on eBay. Copies of The New Titans #99 can be found for under $3 on Amazon.
