Kirkman's Outcast going to production

Robert Kirkman tweeted out that that “Demons are the new zombies.”
The reason he did is Cinemax has moved forward with producing the pilot episode of Outcast, Robert Kirkman’s new horror series Image.
While having sold a boat load of copies, Outcast sold out it’s first printing. Copies trade regularly for 2 to 3 times cover price. The book went back for a 2nd Printing which has also sold out. A 3rd printing is expected.

  1. Crazy. I can still pick up 1st prints at my lcs. Guess I better pay them a visit tomorrow.

  2. I’ll continue to hold on to my 10+ copies until the pilot airs. When it airs and the show gets a (hopefully) good review we may see the prices go to 6x cover price. Also, CGC graded, 9.8, copies are over $100.00. Get your copies graded and maximize your profit.

      1. Oh dang my basic math failed me. Well it can go much higher than 18 or 21 or 25 for that matter.
        Speculation at its finest.
Especially 9.8+ copies because of the extra size caused dinged corners on a lot of the copies.
But as people have stated can still be found at your LCBS where you can give it the visual inspection up close.
