Ok So here is the hold list I have going so far. There are only 100 sets available (Some of these are going to friends and family so less than 100 will be sold). I got word from 215 Ink I can start shipping these books.

The sets are $35.75 shipped to the US insured and tracked via USPS Priority Flat rate packed between cardboard. Foreign Shipping is more. Once these are set up, I will reopen the list for the remaining copies. Please bare with me while I get the emails. I have a feeling it will be a deluge. (I Hope).
