  1. Yeah…….they sold with the quickness. This variant is crazy hot! With only 3000 color and 1500 B&W I wonder what these will be selling for months from now? Easily my favorite variant so far.

  2. I managed to get my order in with Larry last night (thank goodness!). I initially only ordered one, but then seeing how fast they were going, upped it to 3.

  3. Phew. Was able to grab 3 copies of the color version. On the fence about the B&W. These things are selling ridiculously out of control. Who picked up and how many copies did everyone pick up?

  4. @Shima i thought the same thing but it’s all still part of the 3000 print run. Judging by how fast these are selling those 3000 will be grails soon enough. Did you grab any?

  5. This is hands down the copy to own. With a possible print run in the 100k for sure for Spider-Gwen #1, the small 1500 and 3000 print runs along with the popularity of the homage artwork, this is the one to buy. If you don’t try and secure one now, you’ll be kicking yourself later.

      1. Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 200k. I think I heard Darth Vader might be around 300 for its #1 out next week.

  6. Thought anyone in the UK might like to know that these are up on the forbiden planet site now for pre order, 1 per person.

  7. Hey, thought anyone in the UK might like to know these are up on for pre sale on the forbidden planet site. 1 per customer. I got one and got my wife to register and get one too!

  8. Huge overall numbers for sure.
Hopefully people will continue to seek out this ASM 300 homage variant for a good long time. I bought the B&W last night and was bummed the colors were sold out. Just had a feeling to double check this morning and there was a bunch when I placed my second order.
I told myself I’d only buy the Skottie variant because I already preordered the AH 1:100 and don’t typically chase variants. Once I saw this homage variant last night I had ZERO hesitation and wanted it right away. Was fortunate to grab some colors today so I’m hoping they’ll do well.

    1. I was the same. I really have zero desire to even read it. I saw potential but this cover is just cool.
I thought the story in EOSV #2 was sorta blah and we only see quick glimpses of her in the Spider-Verse story.. maybe it’ll end up being better in her own series. I’m still banking on Silk being the more interesting one.

      1. And sadly, there seems to be so few variants with Silk #1 to choose from. I was expecting to see alot of sketch, B/W, Phantom, Midtown, etc., etc. I’m lucky to have a Hastings local, but I love that Stacey Lee variant and might have to spend a little more than expected on that one…

      1. I think this is gonna be one of those instances where the color outpaces the B&W regardless of print run. Also, I was wrong about the 10. 10 is the limit of how many you can order, I believe. Anyway, they are there to be had.

        1. Yes, I believe grahamcrackers limits to 10 per qty. I think they do this to prevent people from seeing how many they have available.
Oh I agree about the color will be more popular than the B&W but most others were selling the B&W for $39.99 or up.. nabbing at $19.99.. might as well.

    1. Dang it! I bought a copy from Warp 9’s eBay store last night and paid $6 for shipping. I could have the shipping charges if I had waited one more day!

        1. Yes, it forced me to pick up two more B&W copies. I nabbed two last night at the bargain price of $39.99.. šŸ™

      1. Yeah I just ordered a chunk from grahamcrackers… good tip. They are now limited to 5 each. Worth it, they will be a good flip once they get graded. Finally a phantom that might hold its value… they have been mostly worthless 2 weeks later..granted nice covers but horrible for speculation

      2. HA HA! I only bought 1 at that price and I’m holding there. Not looking to flip, just going to stash it in the PC. The B/Ws aren’t usually my thing, I prefer the color versions.

        1. Depends on the art with me. Sometimes the B&W is better, sometimes the color is better. The color on this one makes the whole difference.
