THe Outside Chance
Strange Sports Stories– In the vein of Creepy and Eerie’s classic horror themed sports specials, DC is bringing back their Strange Sports stories. Great creators on the book, Brian Azzarello, CM Punk, Paul Pope, Gilbert Hernandez, Lauren Beukes, Ben McCool, Ivan Brandon, Monica Gallagher, Lee Loughridge, Nick Dragotta, Christopher Mitten, Darick Robertson, Mark Finn, John Lucas, Gabe Soria, Ronald Wimberly, Michael DiMotta, Tim Fish, Rael Lyra.
The cult classic
The Fly Outbreak Man, the return of Brundle Fly has me pumped. The first (and arguably the second) movies are classics. Horror. I am in.
The Hot New Image Book
Red One #1– Awesome art by Terry Dodson. Super sexy secret agent. Say no more.
The Pick of the Week
Frankenstein Underground– Mike Mignola has a huge following. These books do have small-ish print runs. They always end up as $10 wall books eventually (or more).
