Star Wars. Darth Vader is dark. He’s evil and predictable but also unpredictable at times. Following him around is entertaining while he tries to wipe out the rebels, watching him choke people from a distance just because of small failure that is usually out of their own control.
The rebels are just being rebels with one goal, beat the Empire and the Death Star. Not as exciting as the above to me but yet still a good read so I’m not dropping either for the time being. đŸ™‚
I am not currently reading either but will be picking up all three Darth Vaders Wednesday. Does Darth Vader have inner monologue?

Darth Vader for me, I’ve got a thing for rooting for the villain. I’ve got all the Darth Vader’s, mainly because of Kieran Gillen. I must admit haven’t read them yet though!
Poyo and I had this conversation the other day but Star Wars for me. I think it’s the most well rounded of the stories. I really like Jason Aaron so maybe i’m biased. Interesting that I’m the only one who’d pick the Rebels over the dark side.

Yeah, my local shop said if he gets them, he’ll try to hold one for me. I’m usually the first one there on Wednesdays. If not, I’m gonna probably buy extra regular covers as well, they’re already selling at $10 or more..
I’ve got a handful of the normal covers reserved, but anytime I see the variant posted on the Bay for a decent price it gets snagged faster than I can click my mouse. People going nutty for this thing already. Might have to be throwing elbows at the opening of the LCS tomorrow…

So now it’s Tuesday and I’m getting hit with allocations. Already had 2 online orders just this morning completely canceled for Vader 3. Looks like I’m prolly missing out on the 1:25 also. Oh well…

If this wasn’t Vader, I really wouldn’t care. But it is, therefore I do. Plus, a new character for Darth to utilize (apprentice?) You betcha! So far I procured 8 regular covers, 2 Lu variants and 1 Larocca. Roughly $125 spent. And pre-ordered 2 graded regular covers with a good friend! Going big on this one (for me).
Like I found out earlier, the Lu cover is for Star Wars # 3.
