Sadly the Poyo family experienced a loss in the family this week. This weeks picks are dedicated to my 6 year old daughters beloved Dwarf Hamster named Charmie (short for Charmander of Pokemon fame) who decided to return to the stars this week.. may he rest in peace.
On with the picks..
G.I. Joe #213 (IDW) – Yes, Snake Eyes is dying but that’s not going to stop the collectors from seeking this out.
Kaptara #1 (Image) – Chip Zdarsky new Image number one that yes, he’s not drawing but writing. Could be funny, could be a dud, but it’s still an Image #1 from an artist with a smash hit already with Sex Criminals.. so it’s worth mentioning none the less.
Invisible Republic #2 (Image) – I don’t know about the rest of you all but this is a good read, it has movie or show all over it. If you like a little politics with sci-fi then pick this up. I know it’s only on issue #2 but I think this will only gain more readers over time and we all know how #2 issues go.. there’s usually a drop in print numbers from #1.
