The Strain was a pretty strong show. Once you get past the first episode. It is the same thing I said about the comic book. Thankfully it picked up. The show is returning this summer.
Hopefully they will be following the Storyline in The Strain The Fall. Copies of the second series, The Fall, can be found for less than cover price.

The Strain Night Eternal is all over the dollar bins here. I have multiples of issue #1 (including The Fall) that I hope I can flip. I wonder if I should go raid those bins. For some reason this series doesn’t feel like it has staying power.

It’s ironic that the Strain comic never even caught fire when the show debuted last summer. A mis-speculation…?
It had already popped based on news. It may have been at the top of the market.

I think if the show continues though and more fans come onboard, finding out there’s a comic as well, might see the prices go up but I don’t think we’re talking Walking Dead type prices..
