Not cryptic at all. “THINK your TANK is in the MAIL.” Think Tank seems to be a definite. Mail 99.9% surely refers to Postal.
Postal #1 can be found for cover price on eBay. Postal #1 signed copies and variants
can be found for around $15.00. Postal had a print run of about 13,967 copies.
Copies of Postal can also be found on Mycomicshop for cover price.
Copies of the first issue of Think Tank #1 are harder to find. They seem to be going for about $20-22.
