Xmen #450 1st meeting and battle X-23 and Wolvie, 1st X-23 in a Xmen book, 1st X-23 crossover. Lot of firsts for me to find it at cover price.
Dr Strange #4 Dr Strange meets Death. Paid $8
Irredeemable #1 With movie news found at cover + 3.99 shipping
Deadpool #11 AOA cover from a past preorder.

Also jumped on the action comics #52 bandwagon the variant looks amazing.
Went to a comic shop that I don’t usually frequent and in their minuscule back issue section was 4 copies of Twd 138 for cover price. Score!

Also picked up Bloodshot reborn #1-9 on eBay for a great deal, I’ve read nothing but good things and I need a new superhero story.
I picked up bloodshot reborn 1-11 as well. I can’t wait to get it in the mail because I’m really looking forward to reading it. I’ve loved everything I’ve read out of valiant this far and Lemire is a great writer.

Happy New Comic Day, everyone. Good pull list for me this week–not too light, not too heavy. Juuust right:
– Satellite Falling # 1….Looks to be a fun read. Description on mycomicshop says, “For fans of space opera, crime fiction and lots of things exploding!”
– All-New All-Different All-Redundant Avengers # 9….I’ll certainly grab the design variant if I see it (unlikely) but the regular cover is one of my favorite Alex Ross covers in a while. Love that guy.
– Action Comics # 52 Cover B….Solid cover art.
– Black Panther # 2 Cho variant….Only if reasonably priced. I kinda feel the same as Mel V does about this one.
– Unleash # 1
– Darth Vader # 20 Action Figure variant
– Deadpool # 11 AoA variant
– Guardian of the Galaxy # 8…Both covers are awesome. Gonna be hard to choose.
– The Fix # 1 2nd Printing

– New Avengers # 4 VF….1st Agent Maria Hill
– New Mutants # 18 FN….1st Warlock, New Mutants movie
– New Mutants # 25 FN….1st Legion (cameo), new show coming
I had back to back heavy weeks but it’s a little bit lighter this week.
American Monster #3: Seems like it’s been awhile since issue 2. First 2 issues were good reads.
Faster Than Light #6: Still $2.99! Good space story.
Fix #2: I loved loved loved the first issue. This could turn into my favorite book.
Same here, I managed to stay under $50.
Damn all day training and haven’t gotten out to the store yet
No store had Alan Dracon.. did manage to pick up one Unleash though. Action Comics was flying off the shelves at both places.
Last week was really large for me but I still haven’t broke that $50 mark in one week. Came close to $40 last week and I think that may have been a record for me.
Oh god. I broke 100 last week. Not including the $60 I spent on FCBD. The week before was over $400. (Partially due to the books for the signing). The shop loves me.
I could spend a lot more but I really like being married so I restrict my pull list a little more than I’d like ;).
Since its probably not chinese superman in last weeks batman/superman, I just threw out my copy. JUST KIDDING, I actually pull these titles since just before the truth story arc.

I love Grizzly Shark one of the best written books in a long time. Just kidding it is pure silliness and fun
I find it a compelling satiric take on the post-modern…..naaaaaaaaaaah I agree, so, so much fun!

Comics can be fun and just sill. No reason they can’t be. God Hates Astronauts is a prime example. Grizzly Shark is too. Just “stupid fun” (I don’t mean stupid as in not smart I mean stupid as in well done but your brain can still relax)

I’m probably in the minority but I didn’t really care for The Boys. I picked it up in a past Humble Bundle. I’ll probably try to finish it at some point but I didn’t get all of the praise.
I liked The Boys. I am one issue away from a complete set, and waiting for a tv show.

Finally received Gwenpool 1 Paris Expo variant last week.
Batman stacks were heavy today..Action 52 stacks were very light.
2 Copies of Black Panther 1:25 Frank Cho variants at cover today.
1 copy of Avengers 9 1:50 Ross design variant.
Grabbed a Darth Vader 20 Thanoth JTC Action Figure variant as well. Man, that BeeTee and Triple Zero back up story was good!
My lcs had one copy of the Frank Cho cover and wanted $20.
Same here one of the stores had it for $20, at that price I passed……for now.
Sweet on the Black Panther. My local shop had theirs listed at $30. I actually ordered a copy from Midtown at $24 cause I wasn’t going to chance not getting it.
Was able to pick up a copy of Sabretooth Dan 1 as my lcs restocked.
Small week for me but a good one.
