By The Numbers: April's Comic Sales Numbers

Two things generate increased value, supply and demand. Demand, we can only guess at, but we do not find out the supply until the next month. Here is a peek at the estimated print run numbers for April 2016.
(All print runs are estimated based on the number of copies ordered through Diamond, the best estimate that anyone can get.)
Only 6 books beat 100,000. Only 1 above 200,000. Top 10 comics equal 1,220,093 units moved.

  1. Whenever I hear “Dept. H”, I can’t help but think of X-men & Alpha Flight. But when looking at the title/logo, I see “Depth”.
    Personally, I read Zombie Tramp & Vampblade, and they are fun & interesting reads. They’re cheesy, but they *know* they’re being cheesy, which is the difference between this and books that are just poorly written. I only got my hands on 2 of the early issues of Zombie Tramp. They’re practically non-existant, so when I find them, the prices are more than I’m willing to pay.

    1. I have talked to the Publisher of Zombie Tramp several times. The book does well for them. They see it as very empowering for women.
