Popularity and print runs are the two big things that drive up prices on comics. That is why it is important to watch the estimated sales of comics.
DC carries 7 of the top 10 spots which totals over 1 million copies sold of the 1.75 million units sold. Good month for DC. Marvel has Star Wars and Civil War keeping them in the top slots.

Is that Batmen Rebirths print run without store exclusives? I thought it was printed 300k +
If they were distributed from Diamond, which they would have been, it would be included.
Those asterisks mean those numbers were adjusted lower for returnable copies, right? We have all seen how well those #1’s have done and how hard they can be to find on release day. I remember seeing a tweet somewhere from the Batman team that # was 300,000 as well. Did they really adjust -20,000 copies?
I was seeing some #1’s at my LCS for above cover. Especially Batman #1. I don’t think they have any intent to return since they were bagged and boarded and marked up.
Do you think WW, Flash, Superman was closer to 150k before adjustment?
Midtown has even lifted some of the limits on older issues, while increasing the price to match ebay on others. They were limiting JL rebirth #1 to 5 per person/order for example.
Yes they were adjusted for returns but I doubt copies were returned. It sold so well. Yes. Tom King said it was above 300,000 copies
“Two bug this”?
“Secret wars”?

Sorry, Past 1 am here when I am posting and a little bleary eyed, what time is it there is Vancouver?
