FANS FLOOD STORES FOR SEVEN TO ETERNITY LAUNCH Going back to second print

Looks like Image comics have another hit on their hands with Seven to Eternity. Seven To Eternity #1 sold out at Diamond and sent back to print on the same day as release

In order to keep up with overwhelming customer demand, Image Comics is sending Seven To Eternity #1written by Rick Remender, drawn by Jerome Opeña, and colored by Matt Hollingsworth back to print today, the same day as the issue’s release.
In this breakout hit from the reunited creative team behind Uncanny X-Force, readers meet The God of Whispers. A dark tyrant who has spread an omnipresent paranoia to every corner of the kingdom of Zhal, The God of Whispers enlists spies who hide in every hall spreading mistrust and fear. Adam Osidis, a dying knight from a disgraced house, must choose between joining a hopeless band of magic users in their desperate bid to free their world of the evil God, or accepting his promise to give Adam everything his heart desires.
Readers are invited on a hard road through the strange fantasy world of Zhal. All men have surrendered their freedom for fear. Now, one last free man must choose.

  1. My local shop didn’t get any of the blank variants. I pre-ordrered Midtown a few weeks back but missed the blank. Seems I snagged the last one from Dreamland Comics. They still had the other 3 covers at discount, $3.19 each. Picked up a few more. I skimmed it, art looks amazing, can’t wait to read it.

  2. Really enjoyed the first issue. Added to my weekly gets. Went to Midtown’s site since I missed out on cover C and I see they’re sold out on all 4 covers. This could possibly be a big one…

  3. local store has 4 or so Cov A on the shelf as of 30min ago. They have 7 and I grabbed 3. Starting to wonder if I should go grab the rest. I just hate clearing out a store like that though.

    1. My rule.. if it’s not the initial release day and if they allow it, go for it. People had their chance to grab yesterday.

      1. My LCS has a 2 limit per customer per day per cover. The owner wants everyone to have an opportunity to buy a copy. I respect that. They will allow me to buy more copies if arrange something before hand (preorder).

  4. I got a cover A just picked it up and flipped through it and thought it looked good. Wish I knew it was going to blow up. I haven’t had time to read it yet if I really like it, it might end up in the PC unless I can find some more copies in the wild.

    1. But.. but.. didn’t you read Poyo’s picks of the week? It was the Image #1 Pick, Indie and the Spec Pick.. I tried my best to give fair warning! 😉

  5. Dreamland refunded my order with no notice or contact. And I bought from them in the early afternoon on Wednesday,

    1. I placed an order to snag a blank and others.. got refunded partially, seems I’m only getting covers B and C from them. I missed out on the blank myself.

  6. Dreamland comics will show inventory but will not ship after the release date on hot books. They May not immediately return your payment either.Thank you comicsheatingup community.I was able to score 4 today for cover price at my local shop. The blank cover is a ghost.
