$20 to ship to Canada? For a single book? What a rip off.
Sadly you can blame the United States Postal Service for that. It cost me $16-$18 a book to ship to Canada now.

I was doing it for people for a while as I can ship to Canada cheaper. USPS raised their rates and now I no longer offer to do it.
