It’s a big final cut off for this coming Monday, the 16th of December but that didn’t stop me from finally picking and choosing 1 book to rule them all..
Okay, maybe not rule them all but you know, might be a winner.
So which one made the cut this week for me? I must say, I’ve been Wolverine’d out for quite some time but since he’s getting a new series hitting shelves this February and since X-Men all got a nice reboot over the summer, hopefully this new volume is a great read.
This weeks FOC pick goes to the new Die Cut Chip Kidd variant.
Why do you ask? Well, it’s a die cut and some people go for such things, Brings back some 90s nostalgia for a lot of us that were around then collecting. It’s also got a FOC before the other issues (which I believe all the other regular and variants have a FOC of January 27th, since the book doesn’t hit shelves until February 19th), so some retailers might miss this final order for this book.
A honorable mention goes to Batman Beyond #40. It’s got a FOC for this Monday as well and it’s either going to be this issue or the prior issue (Batman Beyond #39) that we learn who the new Batwoman is in this series.
