Jim Lee Sketch for Binc Charity – Updates

Have you all seen some of the latest sketches from Jim Lee for Binc, to assist shops during the COVID-19 pandemic? If you haven’t been checking out these charity sketches, here’s the latest sketches and current or closed bid amounts.

First up is his closed auctions, Nightwing and Bizarro which netted $11,270.00 between the two of them. Which is awesome! Click the links to view the sketches.

The auction that has a few minutes remaining is Jim Lee’s Azrael which while I’m writing this was at $9600.

The next sketch he put up is Doctor Fate, which is currently at $7,001.00.

The one that might fetch 15k or more is Batman Who Laughs. That’s my guess on where it might end up at or at least fetch at a minimum. It has 2 days left and it’s already at $6,000.00.

The the newest edition he just listed is Big Barda which is already at $4,050.00. He claims this is his first time ever sketching or drawing this Kirby character.

What do you all think is next and if Jim Lee does a Punchline, that one might fetch some crazy auction prices.

  2. The Dr. Fate and that Barda are awesome! I’d love to be able to bid on them.

    1. Well, you can, just most likely don’t want to win unless you got a lot of cash to spare.. 😉

I like Jim Lee but man, at the prices these are going for, I’d probably rather spend that money on a smaller not as known Picasso piece..

  3. I’m withholding my thanks to all the AWESOME people behind the scenes who have made this campaign possible, as we still have 33% to go. Still, I just wanted to thank all the enthusiastic high bidders for their incredible generosity and kindness! Photo to sketch is too hard, I think, and DC Publisher and Chief Creative Officer Jim Lee has reached a massive milestone in his charity sketch auction for coronavirus relief by raising over $600,000 in funds. You guys rock! And of course, all the artists who have contributed their time and talent to making this much bigger and more eventful. Your skill and countless contributions genuinely move me. Thank you!
