New #1’s
Ludocrats #1 – New Kieron Gillen Image comics series. The Ludocrat! The ludicrous aristocrat! A collision of the ornate fantasy of Dune and an M-rated Asterix & Obelix! Baron Otto Von Hades and Professor Hades Zero-K are here, and they’re going to save us all have a nice time.
One to Watch
Star Wars Adventures Clone Wars #1 – Weekly comic series focusing around the Clone Wars Cartoon was hugely popular and Star Wars is on fire right now thanks to Disney+.
Small Press Pick of the Week
Year Zero #1 Need to send some big love to AWA for all their support of comic shops during the closure. This is their new zombie series. Red Sonja #15 Todd McFarlane Spider-Man Homage Cover – There are collectors that solely focus on homages to this cover and Amazing Spider-Man #300 homages. The tons of variants they do tend to add to the print run, but each cover doesn’t have a huge print run. Sure there are some collectors of Red Sonja, but more will likely be after it for the homage. “
